Pueblo County Clerk & Recorder's Recording Fees - Effective May 1st, 2024

Marriages

Marriage License

     $30.00 CASH ONLY

     $1.25 Certified Copy - Marriage License

Copy Fees

The Clerk's Office no longer makes copies of documents not in the custody of the Clerk & Recorder.

All documents printed in-house:

     (Real Estate, Monument, Subdivision Plats, other records in the custody of the Clerk & Recorder)

     $0.25 per page - Letter or Legal Size

Plats, Tabloid or Bigger documents

     $5.00 per page

All documents electronically transmitted by in-person request or purchased online:

     (Real Estate, Monument, Subdivision Plats, other records in the custody of the Clerk & Recorder)

     $3.00 per document Flat Fee for electronic documents purchased

All document requests or retrieval of physical documents for in-office printing:

     $0.25 per page - Existing Letter or Legal Size

     $2.25 per page - Retrieved Letter or Legal Size

     $5.00 per page - Tabloid or Bigger

Certification Fees

     $1.25 per document - Documents certified and sealed

     $2.00 per acknowledgement - Taking Acknowledgments

Recording & Filing Fees

Real Estate Records (Letter & Legal Size)

     $13.00 1st page $5.00 each additional page

     If Applicable, any document granting or conveying ownership to real property must pay a state documentary fee per C.R.S. 39-13-102. 

           ($0.10 per $1,000 for transaction costs on each document. For Example: $28,000 purchase price equates to $2.80 State document fee.)

Real Estate Records (Tabloid & larger sizes)

     $13.00 for first page $10.00 for each additional page

Documents with Mining Claims ($0.25 per mining claim mentioned will be charged C.R.S. 30-1-103(2)(m))

     $8.00 for first page $5.00 for each additional page

All Records Deposited into the Surveyors Land Surveys

     $23.00 for first page $10.00 for each additional page

     (All subdivisions, Surveys, and Surveyor's Surveys must meet statutory and local requirements.)

Image Access Plan Fees:

     $50.00 48-hour image access, one user

Escrow (House) Account Fees:

     $100.00 New Account one-time set up fee
