County Attorney
The County Attorney is a County Officer created by the Colorado Constitution. By State Statute the County Attorney is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to provide civil legal services for the Board of County Commissioners, the County’s Elected Offices and Departments as well as other entities as assigned by the Board of County Commissioners.
