The Colorado State Fair is an "all-around" event accommodating several different cultures and traditions. Enjoy Fiesta Day honoring Colorado's ties to the Hispanic culture with food and dancing. Then, there's PRCA rodeo; 1500 categories of crafts, arts, and food competitions; one of the largest traveling carnivals and exhibitors from around the state participating in the Livestock and Horse Show. Don't miss the oldest parade in the state, the Colorado State Fair Parade will be on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 10 am in the Mesa Junction, down Colorado, across Abriendo Ave, down Union Ave and 1st Street and north up Main Street to 8th.
