Are you a teen between the ages of 11-18 and concerned about how the choices you make today will affect your health tomorrow? Well, here is your chance to achieve the knowledge of healthy lifestyle changes!

This is a FREE program open to all teenagers 11-18 years old.

Fall and spring participants meet weekly for 14 weeks with each session lasting 60 minutes. Summer participants meet weekly for 10 weeks with each session lasting 90 minutes. This is a great opportunity to get fit, manage your weight, and be healthy for life. The classroom structure is very casual with a lot of laughs and support. If you are apprehensive about the class, keep in mind that everyone attending is probably struggling with similar concerns you are. Together we can make a healthier and more active community.

The only required equipment is athletic shoes. You will be provided with all other classroom material. There are lots of fun incentives throughout the 10-week course and a chance to win the GRAND PRIZE!!
