Who can register to vote in Pueblo County?
To register you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be 18 years old on or before the date of the general, primary or other election in which you want to vote.
- Reside in Pueblo County and at your present address at least 30 days before an election.

How do I obtain a mail-in ballot?
Any eligible voter may apply for a mail-in ballot in writing using the State of Colorado Mail-in Ballot Combination Application form.
Please note that the above form is not interactive. To receive a Mail-in Ballot via an internet request, you must view and print out the above form, fill it out, sign it, and either return the form in person or by mail (see below).

**NOTE: State Law requires that you sign the form and either FAX it to 719-583-6724 or return it to the Election Department either in person or by mail before a mail-in ballot can be issued or mailed.**
Where and when can I return my voted mail-in ballot?
The mail-in voter’s ballot must be returned to the Pueblo County Election Department no later than 7:00pm the day of the Election.
Do I need to affiliate with a party for a Primary Election?
To vote in a primary election you must be registered as a party member. If unaffiliated, you may declare your party affiliation.
How long are the polls open on Election Day?
The polls will be open from 7am to 7pm on Election Day.
Early voting hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
