Food Safety Forum

The Food Safety Program at Pueblo City-County Health Department is proud to present the Food Safety Forum; a program devoted to collaboration between industry, consumers and regulators.  The use of forums will allow consumers, industry, academia and government to unite and discuss issues of concern and promote enrichment for retail food establishments.  Community/industry outreach and communication are central pillars of the forum as they provide a wide range of input to better craft the regulatory food program.  The forums will present information on food safety and operating strategies to control risk factors that can lead to foodborne illness.
