Loan Programs

  • Residential Energy Upgrade Loan (RENU)

    The RENU Loan program is a statewide residential loan program sponsored by the Colorado Energy Office (CEO), in partnership with Elevations Credit Union. It makes home energy upgrades easy and affordable by offering low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. To qualify, you must work with a RENU-authorized contractor.

  • Colorado RENU Loan Terms:

    • Loans from $500 to $35,000
    • Finance up to 100% of the project cost
    • Competitive interest rates starting at 2.75% APR
    • 36-, 60-, 84-, 120- or 180-month terms
