Pulse on Pueblo's Health - October 2023

Be Well. Wash your hands, Eat Health, Get Active. Avoid Serious Illness by keeping up with your overall health

Fall and winter are the seasons when we typically see an increase in respiratory illnesses such as COVID-19, flu, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), whooping cough (pertussis), and the common cold.

Best practice is to wash your hands, eat healthy foods, and remain active to avoid serious illness.
