
Wednesday, April 6, 2022, Pueblo, CO – Public health officials announced a community collection for household hazardous waste will be held Saturday, April 23 from 8:00 a.m. until noon at Mineral Palace Park, 1600 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Pueblo, CO.
The health department hosts this event when funds are available for community members to properly dispose of their household hazardous waste.
“This is the one chance this year to safely dispose of household hazardous products in Pueblo. Round up household hazardous waste from family, friends, and neighbors and bring it to Mineral Palace Park to dispose of properly,” stated Aaron Martinez, program manager at the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment. Martinez added, “We are hosting this event for residents of the city and county of Pueblo to dispose of household hazardous waste at no cost."
