The Pueblo County Community Development Corp Board oversees the Community Development Block Grant business loan fund managed by the Pueblo County Government. The fund provides gap financing assistance to new business and existing business expansions with the aim of creating jobs and improving economic conditions. The board meets once a month on the third Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. at NeighborWorks at 2139 E.
