Health Educators are available to answer questions about your sexual health and birth control options.

Confidential Services Available:
- Contraception Supplies (Pills, Patch, IUD, Depo, Condoms, Implanon, and Plan B)
- Cancer Screenings (Pap Smears and Breast Exams)
- Sexually Transmitted Infections - Testing and Treatment
- Well-Woman Exams
- Pre-Pregnancy Counseling
Clinic appointments can be made by calling 719-583-4380.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
The third Thursday of every month until 6:00pm
- Payments for services are based on a sliding fee scale.

Find answers to your sexual health questions by texting or emailing your confidential questions about birth control, sexual health, STD's, Plan B and more to email@example.com and a response to your sexual health question will be sent within a 24-hour period.
