International Travel Clinic
The Pueblo City-County Health Department’s International Travel Clinic provides reliable information on immunizations, vaccines, prescription medications, and the diseases being prevented for safe and healthy travel.
Customized Travel Consultations
During travel consultations, every step of your itinerary will be reviewed to determine what diseases may be encountered and what vaccinations you may need for protection. Staff members will provide education on precautions to take regarding illnesses that are not vaccine preventable, food and water safety, and general travel safety specific to the area in which you are traveling.
To make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before every trip, especially international traveling, contact the International Travel Clinic at the Pueblo City-County Health Department. Appointments are required.
Patients are seen by appointment on Wednesdays only. Appointments may be made by calling the travel clinic at (719) 583-4380. Please allow at least two weeks or longer before you are traveling to be seen for your appointment.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Payments accepted are cash, checks, credit cards or debit cards. Some insurances are able to be billed. If an insurance is unable to be billed, a statement with the appropriate codes will be provided for your insurance billing convenience.
