  •  What is a motor vehicle fleet?
    • A Fleet enables businesses with 10 or more vehicles to establish a common expiration month for their vehicles.
      • § Included Vehicles – passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, and special mobile machinery (SMM).
  • To create a fleet you will need: 
    • A DR 2428 or DR 2194. Form must be submitted to Colorado State Department of Revenue.
    • Once a fleet number is approved, the appropriate documents will be sent to the Fleet Owner and Pueblo County Clerks Motor Vehicle Office.
    • All vehicle title/registrations must match the fleet name approved by Colorado Department of Revenue.
    • A Letter of Authorization is required to transact on behalf of the business/company.
    • SVID is required for authorized agent.
