Runyon Concept. The first three alternatives (A, B, and C) explored locations for additional ballfields and parking areas while retaining the existing parking lot between Hobbs and Salas Fields. The alternatives included a study of how camping could possibly fit east/southeast of RSC on the Runyan Lake site and using land owned by the City of Pueblo. One alternative showed ballfields in this remote location instead of campgin. Locating new fields away from the main RSC was determined to not be feasible
