Fleet Management

The department has 21 full time employees and operates from three locations: 701 W. 4th - the central office, 33601 United Avenue - located at Pueblo County’s Road and Bridge facility, and 280 E. McCulloch Blvd-located at Pueblo County’s Pueblo West facility.

The central office currently maintains 353 vehicles: passenger cars, light trucks, vans, light duty utility equipment, and law enforcement vehicles. The central office employs 3 full time technicians, 1 shop supervisor, 1 administrative assistant, and 1 executive administrative assistant. The United Avenue shop currently maintains 186 pieces of heavy equipment trucks and other specialty equipment. This office employs 4 full time heavy equipment technicians, 1 parts room specialist, 1 tire technician, 1 heavy equipment field mechanic, 1 shop supervisor, and 2 welders. The McCulloch Blvd shop location maintains 46 pieces of heavy equipment trucks and other specialty equipment. This office employs 2 full time heavy equipment technicians and 1 shop supervisor. The Fleet Director and Deputy Director have main offices at the central office but also work at the other locations as needed overseeing the entire operation.
