Dr. Gregory GrahekCoroner
Dr. Grahek started his professional career as an Environmental Chemist with a bachelor’s degree in both Biology and Chemistry. He went on to an additional Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from CSU-Pueblo. In 2007, he obtained a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner from CSU-Pueblo. Greg is board certified in both Acute Care and Family Medicine. In 2020, Greg graduated from Regis University with top honors and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Greg worked as a hospitalist at both local Pueblo hospitals and has continued to maintain private practice care for over 19 years, serving patients in the community. Greg was appointed as the Interim County Coroner in 2025 after a strong desire to bring transparency and healing to Pueblo County. In his spare time Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, adult children, and 4 rescue dogs. He can also be seen at the local hardware stores working on a myriad of projects, teaching scuba diving to new divers, or volunteering at church.
Felicia McQueenChief Deputy Coroner
Felicia McQueen is a near 10-year death investigator with the Pueblo County Coroner Office, beginning her current career in May 2016. She has lifetime career experience beginning as a Nationally Registered Paramedic for 10 years, and a POST-certified law enforcement officer for almost 20 years. Throughout this time, Felicia has accumulated extensive experience in criminal investigations, death investigations of all manners/causes, court testimony, and the assessment of medical conditions to provide emergency prehospital care as well as using the medical knowledge required to correctly complete a death certificate upon death. Felicia recently obtained the prestigious certification as a Fellow Board Member of the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators, of which there are only 283 Fellows nationwide.

Rosalyn ByrdDeputy Coroner
Rosalyn has proudly called Pueblo, Colorado home since 1989. Her career in death investigation began with a local company in the field, where she discovered a deep passion for this important and meaningful work. Rosalyn is dedicated to serving our community and considers it a true honor to assist families with care and compassion during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Matthew GoodwinDeputy Coroner
Matt and his family have lived and worked in Pueblo since 1992. Matt is a retired psychiatrist who worked for CMHIP, Spanish Peaks, PCHC and the VA in the past. He is a retired Army Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Matt joined the PCCO as a Medicolegal Death Investigator and Deputy Coroner back in March of 2022.
Jim CainDeputy Coroner
Jim Cain has been with the Coroner's Office for 2.5 years as a Deputy Coroner. Jim is a Colorado native, grew up in Aurora and moved to Pueblo in 1992. Jim is a retired teacher of 25 years as an elementary science teacher, a 5th grade teacher and high school science teacher. As a science teacher at Central, he had the opportunity to teach Biomedical classes. This piqued his interest in the world of being a death scene investigator.
Forrest WeiderDeputy Coroner
Forrest Wieder brings over 40 years of dedicated service in the field of emergency response. His extensive experience encompasses roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Paramedic Supervisor, Urban Search and Rescue Specialist, and Hazardous Materials Chief Officer. He has also served as the Director of Special Operations within the Office of Emergency Management and as the Executive Director of a Department of Homeland Security educational institution, where he contributed to the training of the nation’s first responders. Originally from Pennsylvania, Forrest has made Colorado his home.
Brian CruzDeputy Coroner
Brian Cruz is a Father to two sons and daughter in law: Daulton, Weston, & Mikayla, Proud POMPO to his granddaughter. Brian has over 32 years of experience in the death care industry with almost five years as a certified death investigator with the State of Colorado. Brian is a member of the Colorado Coroner Association.
Chad DilorioDeputy Coroner
Chad Diiorio is 52 years old. He has lived in Pueblo County for most of his life and was employed at St Mary Corwin hospital, in the Pathology department, for 20+ years. Chad has been a Deputy Coroner Investigator for 2 years. A husband to Karen and a daddy to Kayla. He enjoys playing golf, watching sports and cooking.
Allen BernerDeputy Coroner
Allen has been with the Pueblo County Coroner Office since 2022. He holds a Masters in Police Administration. He has 38 years of experience in emergency services. He has worked in Corrections, Patrol, Investigations, Intelligence, training, ERT/SWAT/HRT, EMS and Fire. He has taught numerous Law Enforcement academies, such subjects as Use of Force, firearms, arrest control, self-defense and numerous other subjects. He is currently working as a Medicolegal Death investigator with Pueblo County Coroner Office.
