PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 24-6-402 that
on the date, at the time, and in the location that follows, the 10th Judicial District Crime
Victim Compensation (CVC) Board meeting will be held. Please refer to the attached
agenda for specific information concerning the business to be conducted. Please direct

All meetings are held in an available conference room at the District Attorney’s Office
701 Court Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. Meetings are subject to change. Please call or
email the 10th Judicial District CVC Administrator at the contact number below, to
confirm date, time, and location of meeting. All persons attending the CVC Board
meetings are required to comply with security screening procedures as directed upon
entering the District Attorney’s Office building and provide their full name, which will be
included in the minutes of the meeting.
To ensure an equitable and fair process for all CVC applicants, people attending the CVC
meetings may not address the CVC Board during the meeting. If there is a matter you
wish the CVC Board to consider, please outline the request in writing and submit it no
later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled meeting, to the CVC
Administrator, at the address provided in this notice. Written requests received less than
five (5) business days prior to the scheduled meeting will be deferred until the next
scheduled monthly meeting.
The members of the 10th Judicial District CVC Board, upon affirmative vote to two-thirds
of the quorum present, may hold Executive Session, pursuant to the Colorado Open
Meeting Law (C.R.S. 24-6-402(4) and CVC Bylaws.
