The Tenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office prosecutes persons accused of violating state criminal laws, including crimes committed by law enforcement. When complex cases involving law enforcement occur, the District Attorney's Office activates its Critical Incident Team (CIT) to investigate and make recommendations to the District Attorney. These recommendations will vary, depending upon the circumstances of each incident.
