Youth - Middle School Training Sessions (preclude to Progression League)

Any middle schooler who wants to learn volleyball, then participate in a progression league hosted at South High School.

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League

League is recreational that will utilize high school volleyball rules for all game rules, scoring and league tie-breakers. Participation age is 16 and older (no A-level players allowed in the league). Any children (under the age of 16) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
