Hello, Pueblo County Friends. I am Shane Hughbanks, the Pueblo County Planning and Land Development Community Outreach Coordinator. An important part of my position requires me to investigate land use and zoning regulations violations through field inspections.
However, an equally important part of my job is to provide Pueblo County landowners a proactive way through a community outreach program to help each citizen better understand land use and/or zoning regulations.
Community Outreach involves the following proactive but not isolated topics.
- Provide Land Use and Zoning Regulations and educational opportunities.
- Schedule Public Town Hall Meetings.
- The first meeting will be at the Tom L. & Anna Marie Giodone Library Branch on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
- The second scheduled meeting will be at the Pueblo West Library, Room-GLFC, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Discuss potential options to help bring properties back into compliance.
