PAAA mission is to provide a coordinated, comprehensive service delivery system that assists older citizens in maintaining independence, health, and personal well-being.
The Pueblo Advisory Council on Aging (PACA) works with PAAA to meet the needs of older adults throughout Pueblo County.
Services are available to older adults in Pueblo County that are 60 years of age and older that meet the eligibility requirements per each service.
All services through PAAA and partners are first come, first serve. Funding is limited and not guaranteed.

The Material Aid Voucher Program

- Denture
- Eyeglasses
- Hearing Aids
- Meal Farm Voucher
Vouchers will be issued until funds are expended. A wait list will be created but no guarantee funds or services will be available to individuals on the wait list.
The Older Americans Act (OAA) Services provided by partnerships with SRDA, Attend Home Care, Colorado Legal Services, Center Toward Self Reliance, Habitat for Humanity, Project Angel Heart, and Goodwill of Colorado.
