Clinic appointments can be made by calling 719-583-4380. Family Planning and birth control services are on a sliding fee scale, including little to no fees for youth and confidential patients. The sliding fee scale is dependent on your income and how many people you support. Sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment will be associated with low-cost fees.

Accept cash, checks, credit cards, or debit cards. Unfortunately, not all HSA cards are recognized at our facility.
The following insurance may be billed for routine adult vaccines:

Unable to bill Medicare, private HMO plans, and out-of-state PPO plans.

Meet the Advanced Practice Registered Nurses
Wendy Raso
Hi I am Wendy Raso CNM and I started my nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Saint Mary Corwin Medical Center as a nursery nurse caring for newborns and new moms. In 2000, I obtained my Masters Degree and began practicing as a Certified Nurse-Midwife. I worked in community health for over 30 years as the Director of Perinatal Services at Pueblo Community Health Center and delivered nearly 2000 babies in Pueblo. In 2022, I joined the team at PDPHE in the Family Planning Program. I love the patients here. I meet so many nice people and it has been rewarding to provide reproductive health care to our patients. Secondly, I love the clinical team I work with and the leadership team at the PDPHE. The teamwork environment provides a workplace that is pleasant and satisfying. Admittedly, I also love sleeping at night after decades of night call and sleepless nights.
