Mondays 8:00 am - noon

Tuesdays, Fridays - 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (Closed for lunch noon - 1:00 pm)

Thursdays -  8:00 a.m. - noon, International Travel 1:00 - 4:30 pm

Patients requesting a copy of Medical Records can print the Authorization to Release Information From PDPHE Clinic Form, complete it and bring it to the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment.

Tuberculosis Skin Testing (PPD) testing is available; appointment is preferred. You must come back 48-72 hours after the test is placed so it can be read.

Travel Immunizations and vaccines specifically related to travel are available through our full-service International Travel Clinic.
