Overweight - Oversize Transportation OW-OS

Pueblo County is actively engaged in developing a permitting process for Overweight / Oversized (OWPueblo County is currently developing a permitting process for Overweight/Oversized (OW/OS) transportation. During this development phase, it is important to understand that any transportation activities passing through the county must receive approval from the appropriate department. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and other jurisdictions will require our consent to use a designated portion of the route through Pueblo County.

To facilitate the approval process, please provide us with the following information:

1. Comprehensive details regarding your transportation plans. You may submit a copy of the application you have already sent to CDOT or use the format provided in the CDOT OW/OS application.

2. A detailed map that clearly outlines the entire route. This map should differentiate between the county portion of the route and the remaining segments using two distinct colors for clarity.
