Are you interested in volunteering for your community?
Do you and your family want to be better prepared in case of an emergency?
Join the Pueblo County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC).

The Pueblo Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is recruiting volunteers to support the work of local public health. Your involvement as a volunteer will help ensure the citizens of Pueblo County are prepared for emergencies and support public health with those affected by a disaster.

The Pueblo MRC is always looking for new members. New members must be 18 years or older; we welcome all employment backgrounds. There is no cost to join.

Volunteers will receive free training, education, and have opportunities to participate in drills and exercises that prepare them to help during disaster operations. During past responses, the Pueblo MRC worked in call centers, provided mass vaccination clinics, hosted donation drives, helped those that lost their home due to fires, and conducted public health missions.

Disasters do not occur every day, so the Pueblo MRC is dedicated to helping Pueblo County prepare for disasters through education at health fairs, special events, and much more. Pueblo MRC also works with local agencies on missions to improve the health and welfare of our neighbors.
