The Pueblo County Planning Commission is a nine-member Commission appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.  The Commission’s responsibilities include review, approval, and recommendation in matters of land use planning, zoning, and subdivision.

The Liquor and Marijuana Hearing Officer meetings are held in person. Virtual appearance requests must be emailed to [email protected] at least five days prior to the date of the hearing. Meetings are streamed live on Pueblo County Facebook page, but comments are not accepted.
