    Get ready, Pueblo County!

    The Colorado DMV is launching a major digital makeover February 2026 to bring you a simpler, faster, and mobile-friendly experience!

    Plan Ahead! To make this change, all online services will be unavailable starting the evening of Fri, Feb 13th, through Mon, Feb 16th.

    Please complete any needed online transactions NOW at mydmv.colorado.gov

    Due to a Statewide system upgrade all offices and locations will be CLOSED the following dates:

    • Friday February 13 @ 11:30A.M.

    (ALL office locations closed)

    • Saturday February 14

    (D-thru, Kiosks, On-line services closed)

    • Sunday February 15

    (Kiosks, On-line services closed)

    • Monday February 16

    (All office locations closed. Kiosks and On-line services resume Monday afternoon.)

    • Tuesday February 17

    (All office locations closed for testing. Kiosks and On-line services available.)

    • Wednesday February 18—All offices, locations, kiosks, and online services resume normal business hours.

    Now Accepting Applications: Pueblo County Building Board of Review

    Pueblo County is seeking qualified community members to serve on the Building Board of Review (BOR).

    This volunteer board plays a vital role in ensuring fair, consistent, and transparent review of building-related appeals, minor variances, and contractor registration matters.

    We are seeking applicants with experience in:
                       Electrical trades
                       Plumbing or Mechanical trades
                       General construction (licensed contractor, builder, construction manager, or engineer)

    Board Details:
    • Five (5) regular members and six (6) alternates
    • Three-year staggered terms
    • Members serve without compensation
    • Meetings held as needed

    Who Should Apply?
    Applicants must:

    • Be actively engaged in their trade or profession within Pueblo County
    • Hold appropriate credentials:
      • Electrical: Valid master or journeyman license
      • Plumbing/Mechanical: Valid master or journeyman license
      • General Construction: Licensed contractor, builder, construction manager, or engineer
    • Have sufficient experience to evaluate:
      • Code interpretations
      • Construction methods
      • Safety standards
