Community Service (CSAC) Funded Programs Request for Applications (RFA)

The Pueblo County and City of Pueblo Partnership is accepting Applications for Community Service Programs for funding consideration for calendar year 2024.  Eligible applicants must be an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit with federal tax-exempt status and must be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State.

Applicants must clearly identify specific community and human service needs along with corresponding outcome-based objectives and measurements for addressing the needs. Applicants must demonstrate a history of solid fiscal and management practices and receive a broad base of funding support. Funding is limited; therefore, not all requests can be funded, nor can all applications be funded at the requested amounts.

Partnership Agencies will be reimbursed one month into second, third, and fourth quarter upon successful completion of required previous quarter reports during the contractual fiscal year. The first quarter funding will be paid when contracts are signed and approved by City and BOCC.

RFA Instructions and forms for completion of the Application can be downloaded from the Pueblo County Website: https://county.pueblo.org/community-service-csac-funded-programs  (URL is case-sensitive, so please do not capitalize).

RFA will be available beginning July 24, 2023

All Applications are due no later than Friday August 25, 2023 at 5:00 PM

Application documents will be available at the Pueblo County Website:  https://county.pueblo.org/community-service-csac-funded-programs. All completed applications must be submitted to CSAC at [email protected] by the due date.  All applications must be submitted electronically.

The Pueblo County and City of Pueblo Partnership reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFA, to negotiate with any proposer, to waive any irregularities or informalities, as they deem fit or necessary, or to cancel this RFA if it is in the best interest of the Partnership to do so. Issuance of the RFA does not constitute a commitment by the Partnership to fund and award a contract. A prior award does not guarantee that funding will be made for this cycle or that funding will be at the same level. Funding is contingent upon available funds.
