The Pueblo County and City of Pueblo Partnership is accepting Applications for Community Service Programs for funding consideration for calendar year 2021. Eligible applicants must be an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit with federal tax-exempt status and must be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State.
Applicants must clearly identify specific community and human service needs along with corresponding outcome-based objectives and measurements for addressing the needs. Applicants must demonstrate a history of solid fiscal and management practices, and receive a broad base of funding support. Funding is limited; therefore, not all requests can be funded nor can all applications be funded at the requested amounts.
Partnership Agencies will be reimbursed at the end of each quarter that services are delivered/rendered during the contractual fiscal year.
All completed applications must be submitted to CSAC at firstname.lastname@example.org by the due date. All applications must be submitted electronically.
