Our team recently created the "Drink to Grow" survey, intended to collect information from parents and guardians about dining out and beverage consumption as it relates to children and families.

The survey will help PDPHE better understand our community's needs and plan next steps as we work to promote and protect the health of Pueblo County. The survey takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
